Reverend Phumzile Phago is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. She has a Master of Arts in Theology (Transforming Leadership) from the University of Manchester (UK)!

Before founding 3C Naz in 2012, she served as the only Assistant Pastor at Divine Hope Church of the Nazarene of which she was part of the founding leadership team. She had been at Divine Hope Nazarene under Reverend MH Maluleka since 2008. She has served as Associate Pastor at Moletlane Church of the Nazarene in Limpopo under her Father-in-Law, the Rev. MJ Phago before then. She also served as an Assistant Pastor at Moletsane Church of the Nazarene in Soweto under Pastor T. Thotela.

Pastor Phum has been married to Joe Phago since 22 February 2003.  They are blessed with three sons Kgaugelo, Katlego and Khutso. She lives in Centurion. She enjoys music and worshipping. She has recorded and released a few albums which are available on all digital music platforms. She is passionate about mentoring young people, women, leaders and also furthering the Kingdom of God on earth. She is a sought after speaker who has preached at conferences within and outside the Nazarene church within and outside South Africa.
